The following loan parameters are not all inclusive and are subject to change at our lending partners discretion.

  • Minimum Loan Amount of $10 Million

  • Fixed and Floating Rate Loans and Lines of Credit

  • Working Capital Lines of Credit

  • Loan Amounts up to $100 Million

  • Typical Term = 5 Years

  • Rates based on 30 Day SOFR + a margin of 2.25 – 4.00

  • Minimum Ownership of 10 Stations

  • Refinance, Acquisitions, Remodels, New development, Equipment and Site Improvements

  • Additional Services available

  • Alliance Fees include a $2500 Engagement / Processing Fee and a 1% Loan Fee

    • Engagement / Processing Fee is paid upfront
    • 1% Loan Fee is paid at closing through closing proceeds

Items Needed for Initial Review

  • Current Personal Financial Statement on all Owners

  • Most recent 2 yearend financials on the Stations being Purchased

    • Profit and Loss Statement
    • Balance Sheet

  • Current Year to Date Financials

    • Profit and Loss Statement through the end of most recent month
    • Balance Sheet through the end of most recent month

  • Financials on any/all Businesses Currently Owned

    • Most recent 2 Yearends Profit and Loss Statements with Balance Sheets or
    • Tax Returns for the most recent 2 Years
    • Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement with Balance Sheets

  • If this is a Purchase Loan

    • Copy of the Purchase Agreement
    • List of all Properties being purchased
