Alliance Business Capital offers several add on services. These services are fee based.
You are not required to use these services to do business with Alliance Business Capital.

Income and Expense Projections
On SBA & USDA B&I Loans you will most likely be required to put together income and expense projections for three (3) years. The first year will need to be month by month and the second and third years can be summarized.

Business Plan
If your business is a new start-up or has been in business for less than 2 years you may be required to put together a business plan. If needed, Alliance can assist you with putting together a business plan.

Advisory Services
We offer advisory services which primarily include reviewing financials on a business you are in the process of buying. We can tell you the maximum loan amount the business you are buying will qualify for.
$100 @ hour with a five (5) hour minimum. We will need a upfront deposit of $500.00.
Additional Services
We can provide additional services like help with like preparing an Operating Agreement for an LLC or By-Laws for a Corporation. Need assistance just ask.
$100 @ hour with a three (3) hour minimum. We will need a upfront deposit of $300.00.
Alliance Business Capital offers these add on services to our customers when needed. We do not require you to use us for any of the above services in order to get your loan through Alliance. Alliance is here to assist you in any way possible to make the process as fast and easy as possible.
